The Community Email below is a typical example of one of our Community Emails that goes out every 2 weeks

on Friday's that reaches over 9,000 residents. 

• 5,000 are in the Chico and surrounding areas

• 3,500 are in the Grass valley and surrounding areas including Sacramento

• 1,300 are in Mt. Shasta and the surrounding areas of Northern CA.

This list has been 6 years in the making and we are constantly distilling it down to make sure our numbers reflect actual people receiving and opening our emails. If you would like to join our list be assured that we never give out or abuse this list for any reason. This is why we limit it to one email every two weeks, so people look forward to them. I need your information and graphics/photos at least 3 days before your event.

The cost is very inexpensive so don't let the price fool you. This is a very affective way to advertise time sensitive events, sales, or offers.

Cost: $75. for One Time or send your ad out twice for $125. (Lotus Guide advertisers are $55. and $90. respectufully)

• You can have 2 graphics, photos, or logo and it must be less than 200 words. (there are acceptions if needed)
• Your information must be submitted by email either in the email itself or as a document. This not only saves me time but lessens the possibility of any mistakes if I retype it from a flyer or poster.
• This includes the graphic design time for putting your ad together.
