Advanced Autogenic Training and Primal Awareness: Techniques for Wellness, Deeper Connection to Nature, and Higher Consciousness

By James Endredy

ISBN-13: 978-1591432456 (Bear & Company-2016)

Wow, an actual step-by-step procedure of something we all know about, setting your intention and letting go. This has always been a little out there for me until I read this book and it clicked in my mind. I’m a long-time follower of visualization techniques by Shakti Gawain and the power of intention by people like Joe Dispenza, but this technique takes you to a new level of understanding the mechanics of these procedures.

The Alchemy of Stones: Co-creating with Crystals, Minerals, and Gemstones for Healing and Transformation

By Robert Simmons

ISBN-13: 978-1644113097 (Destiny Books-2020)

Reading this book took me into a world I only suspected its existence. This can easily be the first and last book you need to buy on this subject, in fact, if you are into the subject of crystals, minerals and gemstones this book will take what you know to a whole new level. As we search for new ways to connect with other realms why not connect with elements that have been crossing that barrier…forever. Too bad I’m limited with space because this book deserves much more than I’m giving it. Mind blowing.

The Return of Collective Intelligence: Ancient Wisdom for a World out of Balance

By Dery Dyer

ISBN-13: 978-1591433521 (Bear & Company-2020)

It’s glaringly obvious as we look at our world today that the collective consciousness is out of balance. Imagine if you will, a flock of birds, a school of fish or a swarm of bees that would be as out of balance as we seem to be; the planet would collapse in chaos. This book guides us into the recognition that our collective consciousness can be brought into alignment, but it will take work and this book is where to start.

Sacred Energies of the Sun and Moon: Shamanic Rites of Curanderismo

By Erika Buenaflor

ISBN-13: 978-1591433781 (Bear & Company-2020)

My first experience with Erika was when I interviewed her on my podcast (BBSradio.com/SpiritualActivist) and realized the deep ancient wisdom of having a shaman or curandera to hold the energies when exploring other realms and dimensions. Knowing the energy that comes with the sun/light and the energy that comes with the moon/dark is imperative when journeying into these realms. A much-needed body of information during these times we find ourselves in.

Sex and the Enneagram: A Guide to Passionate Relationships for the 9 Personality Types

ISBN-13: 978-1620558836 (Findhorn Press-2019)

Nothing can be more creative or destructive than sexual energy. Nourish it and it will create the wonders of the world, suppress it and it will destroy those same wonders. Maybe instead of watching NETFLIX, our time would be better spent exploring the ancient knowledge of the Enneagram which is a roadmap that can lead you into areas only dreamt of by most people. Healing the world starts right at home.

Who on Earth Are You?: A field Guide to Identifying and Knowing Yourself

By Nick Inman

ISBN-13: 978-1844096206 (Findhorn Press-2013)

The answer to who you are will probably never be answered, but the journey it takes you on is the journey of a lifetime. Pealing back the layers of who we “think” we are requires a courageous heart. What is truly behind our intentional suffering, victimhood, pride, arrogance and the many unsubstantiated fears that dictate our actions? You might find it surprising to realize that what you are looking for is what’s doing the looking.
