Living on a Higher Frequency
By Rahasya Poe
So what does it mean to live on a “higher frequency”? First of all, it’s important to know that everything that we call matter exists with one subtle difference; each manifestation has a singular frequency. For our purposes here, I’m addressing only the aspect of frequency as it concerns our bodies, minds, and nutrition.
As you can probably imagine, we live in a world that is polluted with toxins and poisons, all of which contribute to a lowered frequency of the human body. In 1992, Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology built the first frequency monitor in the world. Tainio has determined that the average frequency of the human body during the daytime is 62-68 megahertz (MHz). (A healthy body frequency is 62-72 MHz.) When the frequency drops, the immune system is compromised. If the frequency drops to 58 MHz, cold and flu symptoms appear, at 55 MHz, diseases caused by organisms such as Candida take hold, at 52 MHz, the Epstein-Barr virus, and at 42 MHz, cancer. Death begins at 26 MHz!
So far there have been three epic events in our history, the realization of which was so profound that it changed human consciousness on a global level. The first was
in the 6th century b.c., when Pythagoras said, “The earth is spherical, not flat.” The second was in the 16th century a.d., when Copernicus said, “The earth revolves around the sun.” The third was in the 20th century, when Einstein came out with his formula E=mc2, showing that energy and mass are two different expressions of one thing. Now, in the 21st century, we are living through the next quantum leap in our ever-expanding consciousness as we realize that “Physical reality is a manifestation of thought.” Volumes of books and scientific papers validate this view, so it’s not just some wild idea coming out of the mind of some theoretical scientists. Our thoughts directly interact with matter—and that includes our own bodies.
So if energy and mass are the same thing, and our physical reality is the manifestation of thought, then how important is it for us to increase our vibration and how do we accomplish this?
The first thing we can do, starting right now, is to watch our thoughts, and when we have a negative thought, let it go or transform it. This can be done through a variety of ways; maintaining a mindful watcher during meditation is one. Then there’s a whole variety of therapies, most of which are in this magazine (Lotus Guide), to uncover, process, and transform deeper negative feelings and thoughts. In my case, it helps not to watch the news so much, especially at night. If you do watch the news, then watch news programs that aren’t so sensationalized, such as those of PBS. Read uplifting positive books and articles. Do workshops to bring you into the moment, and of course don’t forget to stay active and exercise. Next, and what I have found a tremendous help, is to eat high-frequency foods along with maintaining higher-frequency thoughts and emotions. As it turns out, the reason is very simple. Everything has a signature frequency, according to researchers such as Dr. Robert O. Becker in his book The Body Electric. As mentioned above, our bodies have an optimum frequency for maintaining its health. Some of you may be familiar with Dr. Royal R. Rife and his work, which shows that every disease also has a particular frequency. He found that certain higher frequencies will actually destroy certain diseases of lower frequency. A higher frequency also maintains a healthier pH in the body, which has also been shown to maintain a healthier state:
Alkaline body fluids have the ability to absorb large amounts of “oxygen” capable of killing all forms of bad bacteria, fungus, viruses and parasites. Acidic body fluids with a pH of 6 or lower greatly restricts oxygen absorption. An oxygen poor body and cellular fluid helps to promote degenerative diseases and limits the ability of the body to heal itself).
So this raises an important point when we start considering what we ingest into our bodies. Raw foods, and specifically foods that are at the bottom of the food chain, such as blue-green algae, are the most nutrient-dense foods on the earth. Here is what Jeffery J. Bruno, Ph.D. has to say:
Microalgae at the bottom of the food chain provide an ancient biomolecular “pharmacopoeia” upon which most of cellular life now depends. It is humbling to consider that many of the challenges humanity is currently struggling with—trying to develop sustainable sources of food and energy, restoring the environment, as well as protecting ourselves from harmful toxins, infections, and cancer—are ones the lowest species on Earth have long since resolved.
Through a process called photosynthesis, chlorophyll, which allows organisms to capture sunlight, first appeared billions of years ago in the form of blue-green microalgae and is now part of the “survival strategy” of all higher plants. Animals also depend on chlorophyll-containing plants, directly or indirectly, as a food source. Blue-green algae was one of the only living things on this planet 2.5 to 3.8 billion years ago when the sun’s radiation was high and Earth had very little ozone shield (1 percent of the present level). To survive, the blue-green algae developed antioxidant pigments, including carotenoids and phycobilins.
What all this means is simply this: By eating raw nutrient-dense foods you are ingesting the closest substances possible to actual sunlight, which is the source of energy for every living thing on earth. This, in turn, increases your physical frequency, which means you are in a healthier equilibrium. The bottom line: By living on a higher frequency level you are tuning in to higher vibrations. Remember, thoughts are energy, and energy is the same as mass, and mass constitutes the world we live in, so by changing your frequency, and since thoughts have frequency, you are changing your world, which in the end . . . is “our world.” Welcome to the 21st century, where we are all cocreators.
